- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Paying $2140 a month. Had to pay the rent and they were doing cleaning of the unit and got the keys in the afternoon. Not sure why they made me to pay the rent when the unit was not ready to be rented. -Several issues with the unit - missing screens, windows stuck to the frame etc. maintenance guys were pretty cool but office girls were not nice at all. -Poor cleaning jobs - dirty toilet bowls, still prev tenants cloths in laundry area, water stains with dust (they think, not mold they said) etc. Nicole- the manager won't do anything about it. B/c they don't do after move in cleanings. - started noticing small black bugs throughout the apartment :(By E M, May 04, 2017
